September Bday Card 5

On September 13, 1993, three toons escaped Warner Brothers' water tower, after being locked in there for several decades, and since it was just too hard to try keeping them in there, the network decided to give them psychicological assistance (of course, the psychiatrist ended needing that assistance as well) and a TV show; zany to the max, they made people at home just sit back and relax, and make laugh 'till you collapse.

Since they needed a larger cast, several other characters joined, like two lab mice who want to rule the universe (or at least take over the world); 3 pidgeons that flock together until a squirrel wacks 'em with her purse; a German Shepherd chasing a little kid, and cat with a great voicing singing a verse (or a whole song) while traveling with her dumb dog companion. Adding two sexy blondes (HELLOOOOOOOOOO NURSE AND MINK), a chicken who wears disguises to look like human guys, and a few others... no wonder the the writers flipped; because of that, they had no script so why bother to rehearse?
