September Bday - 2

The next birthday card.. is also a request.

This scaly guy debuted in his namesake game in September 10, 1998, developed by Insomniac Games, and owned by Sony Computer Entertainment.  A platform game, the protagonist would travel across various worlds in order to rescue his fellow dragons, recover a stolen treasure and defeat Gnasty Gnorc, the game's villain. Armed with sharp horns and fire breath, and capable of flight/gliding, the little guy would prove popular enough to have several subsequent games, and later becoming part of the 'Skylanders' series, even if some game purists (like the one who asked for this pic) prefer the original, platform-playing dragon guy.

On recent times, Activision, working with Sony Computer Entertainment, has announced an interest on animated series and movies based on the character. While it's not a fact yet, this proves the little dragon will stay popular enough to get new games to celebrate his coming birthdays.
