Both Super Babs and Batduck are after the same criminal: The Jackster; who broke out of prison and is selling toys that contain a special gas; which makes people act crazy, so he can force the Mayor to give him control of the city or he'll let them run loose; thanks to Bugs Bunny; they found an antidote and captured the Jackster.
